Linda Clark is guiding a series of seven-week live virtual leadership cohorts.

A place for The Curious™ to do the hard work of leadership together.

Fair warning… irreverent humor occasionally shows up alongside the work, because pretending everything is fine is exhausting.

Participants bring responsibility, institutional knowledge, and accountability into the room.

This is not content delivery. This is shared thinking, guided dialogue, and applied sense-making with peers who understand complexity.

These sessions are for Senior Leaders accountable for outcomes, culture, and decision-making.

A Guideship for leaders working inside of real conditions

The work begins with what leaders are already carrying. In these spaces, leaders practice:

  • Reading signals

  • Orienting to what is actually happening

  • Strengthening judgment

  • Overcoming real constraints

Attention settles on decision quality, relational health, and resilience. Each leader brings experience, responsibility, and perspective and the work unfolds from there.

Diversity of Perspective

Working alongside leaders outside your immediate context makes patterns visible that are easy to miss from the inside. That perspective carries back into decision making, communication, and culture in practical ways.

Cross-industry rooms sharpen judgment.

Working alongside leaders outside your immediate context exposes patterns that are often invisible inside a single system.

That perspective transfers back into decision-making, communication, and culture.

How Enrollment Works

These are application-based cohorts by design. The application process protects
the quality of the room and the experience for everyone involved.

  • Submit one application

  • Select the cohort you’re applying for

  • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis, as received

  • If accepted, you’ll receive an invitation to complete registration

  • Registration is not complete until payment is received

This isn’t about exclusivity for its own sake. It’s about creating conditions where
the work actually works.

Things we will explore together...

  • Navigating leadership when the old map no longer applies

  • Working within constraints without losing judgment or agency

  • Building trust that holds up under pressure

  • Creating clarity that leads to action, not confusion

  • Leaving systems and people better than you found them

You don’t need to attend all ten cohorts to realize value. You
choose the room that matches what you’re facing now.
