The best solutions are the ones that fit you. Let’s talk about how we can support your goals with this program. Click here to schedule a call to explore your Dare to Lead questions and options.

WHY CHOOSE A CERTIFIED DARE TO LEAD™ FACILITATOR?

Certified facilitators go through a rigorous application and selection process and must meet substantial criteria, including 1 – 3 of the following, in order to apply for the selection process. I am fortunate that I meet all three and combined deep education and experience, and now add Certified Dare to Lead™ Facilitator.

✔ Graduate degree in leadership and organizational development or related field
✔ 5+ years of experience in leadership and organizational development work
✔ 500+ paid hours in leadership coaching work with 20+ clients
✔ 125+ hours of certification or training in leadership and organizational development and/or leadership coaching

Only Certified Dare to Lead™ Facilitators are approved to facilitate Dare to Lead™ workshops at the permission of Dr. Brené Brown and the Brené Brown Research and Education Group.

CREATIVE DARE TO LEAD IDEAS

Let’s face it, schedules and resources don’t always line up if you want to bring the full 16-hour program into your team, organization or city. Here are some ideas and structures, and we can always talk about even more creativity. Please reach out because we’ve got ways to break it up into smaller sessions, or perhaps we do a breakout session, a keynote, or smaller session for your team or group.

Don’t forget, there’s always the option of curling up with some popcorn and Netflix to watch the special, The Call to Courage.

More about the

Dare to Lead Program ™

from Dr. Brené Brown

Based on the research of Dr. Brené Brown, Dare to Lead™ is an empirically based courage-building program designed to be facilitated by organizational development professionals.

Brené is a research professor at the University of Houston where she holds the Huffington Foundation – Brené Brown Endowed Chair at The Graduate College of Social Work. She has spent the past two decades studying courage, vulnerability, shame, and empathy, and most recently completed a seven-year study on courageous leadership. She is the author of five #1 New York Times bestsellers: The Gifts of Imperfection, Daring Greatly, Rising Strong, Braving the Wilderness, and Dare to Lead, which also debuted at #1 on The Wall Street Journal and Publisher’s Weekly lists.
The most significant finding from Brené’s latest research is that courage is a collection of four skill sets that are teachable, measurable, and observable. The Dare to Lead™ program focuses on developing these courage-building skills through workshops, trainings and coaching to help individuals, teams and organizations move from armored leadership to daring leadership.

Individuals who successfully complete the full 16-hour Dare to Lead™ program will receive a certificate of completion and are allowed to put a Dare to Lead Trained badge on their LinkedIn account.
